NutriCare provides nutrition tracking, meal planning, and nutritionist connection services. The App is intended for:

• Individuals seeking nutrition guidance and meal planning
• Certified nutritionists and healthcare professionals
• Families managing household nutrition

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

IMPORTANT: NutriCare is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or received through the App.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NutriCare and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
